- Initial Consultation: I will need to get to know you personally and your individual situation (even when it involves other people) through the 60 minute Online FREE Consultation available to you. This will involve a series of questions to help me explore where you are at with the specific situation, how you got there, with whom (if any), how it is affecting the quality of your life and more importantly, to understand how you would like to change your circumstances with Oxford Minds Therapy. - Conditions: depending on your situation, Oxford Minds Therapy applies a combination of any number of techniques to deal with your problem whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships or addiction. To achieve the best results, some conditions have to be met by you and I as we embark on your therapeutic journey. These include:
- Agreement on the personalised therapy plan
- Actioning of the personalised therapy plan
- Evaluation of the personalised therapy plan
- Ending of the personalised therapy plan (only checking in with me if necessary)
- Consent: in order to provide you with the best service possible I will need some personal information relating to your name, phone number, email address, the therapy you are seeking and your medical history. You will provide this information on a Consent Form which you will sign to allow me to work with you before the therapy begins. You have the opportunity to seek clarification on procedures and expectations during your FREE Consultation and subsequent sessions.
- Commitment: at the end of each session, you and I will agree on a date and time for your next Zoom session with Oxford Minds Therapy in order to keep the therapeutic momentum going.
