Working Together

Consent
Before starting therapy, I’ll ask you to complete a simple Consent Form with your contact details, the therapy you’re seeking, and any relevant medical history. This helps me support you safely and professionally. Your information is always kept private and confidential, except where the law requires otherwise. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and clarify expectations during your 30-minute Discovery Call and future sessions.
Commitment
Consistency is key to lasting results. At the end of each session, we’ll set a date for your next online session so you keep momentum and build steady progress. Regular sessions keep you motivated, supported, and moving forward toward your goals.
